Refund policy

We’re committed to making your coffee experience as smooth as your Half-Caff. Since our products are perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you believe there’s a quality issue or shipping error with your order, please contact us at drinkhalfcaff@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your product. To help us make it right, include the following in your message:

  • Order number
  • An explanation of the issue
  • A photo clearly showing the issue

We review all quality concerns carefully and handle refunds or replacements at our sole discretion.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
  • If you notice an address error within 30 minutes of placing your order, email us immediately with the correct address, and we’ll do our best to update it.

If your tracking information shows your order is lost or delivered incorrectly, contact us ASAP so we can work with the carrier to resolve it.
